		<description>I like the architectural suggestions. Can you do small neighbourhood parks with re-cycled river barges that have a thirty foot chain anchored to a concrete lock-block - in the event of rising water, you pile the kids and neighbours on and float it out in relative safety...just a thought for emergency assistance at the last minute.  Small houseboats from same source might be anther housing option for elders or singles. Best of luck - wish I had the money to sponsor something!
