It’s All Over Now for the Astros & Other Misc Subjects

OK. I can relax now. It is impossible for the Astros to get into the MLB playoffs now.

Too bad the Saints lost today. They played a good game though, against a really good Carolina team. They will get another chance to play the Panthers later this season at home. Hopefully it will be a different outcome then.

I have added a few entries to the plant catalog, and I will try to continue the garden tour tomorrow. I planted many plants from the greenhouse into the gardens this weekend; kale, chard, cabbage, calendulas, larkspurs, and coreopsis. I also started a new batch of seeds for the late fall garden; several different types of lettuce, mustard greens, chinese cabbage, cress, mesclun mix, thyme, dill, cilantro, and some fennel that my friend Diane gave to me last weekend.
